On January 8th, the Empowering Family Health Workshops were at the Parkland Community Centre in Ten Mile Lake. Thank you to the Parkland Community Association for hosting us. Both workshops, "Food Preservation: Dehydration" and "Foraging in the Backyard" were both extremely well attended and engaging.
That is so nice to hold this workshop. It has really been a pleasure attending this workshop as it helped to know the techniques of food preservation and dehydration and much more.
